Immersion Oil Type A is specifically formulated for use with light microscopy at 100x oil immersion objectives. The oil has a moderate viscosity, which optimizes handling and minimizes the risk of air bubbles forming between the slide and coverslip. This results in improved contrast and resolution, which is essential for accurate evaluation and differentiation of cellular and tissue structures in veterinary samples.

Instructions for Use:

1. Prepare the specimen as usual and correctly place the coverslip on the slide.

2. Apply a small drop of immersion oil directly on the coverslip in the area to be examined.

3. Use a 100x oil immersion objective and ensure the objective is in contact with the oil during focusing.

4. Avoid excessive movement of the objective to reduce air bubble formation.

5. After use: carefully clean the objective and slides with lens paper and appropriate lens cleaner to remove all oil residues.
